Here is what I have been doing lately:

PAAWS: Currently I am featured in a commercial for "PAAWS" Pet Anti - Aging and Wellness Systems, a supplement company. Of course, I'm a young dog, but because I've grown so fast I utilize the supplement for it's balanced nutritional properties and to maintain my coat year round. One of my favorite things are the hounds tooth biscuits which help to keep my teeth clean and my breath fresh.

Dog World: I've been very fortunate to be shown in several magazines "Animals Exotic and Small", Oct/Nov. 2001, Mountain News, Sept. 2002, Dog World Magazine: Dec 2002 and again in January 2004. In this January's issue there is an excellent article about my breed.

Shows: I'm going to be in tow shows coming up. First ARBA (American Rare Breed Association) show, March 20 - 21, 2004, in San Diego, Calif. Second, in the IABCA (International All Breed Canine Association) show, April 2004, in Newport Beach, Calif. April 17 & 18, 2004.

Lake Arrowhead: I often visit Lake Arrowhead village, because it's close to my home in the mountains. When I get there it can take me 1 to 2 hours to go around the village, even though it's only half a mile. I have many friends there and visitors want to pet me or ask questions. My favorite thing to do is having my picture taken. During my walk with Dave my owner - I usually am photographed 20 to 30 times. Its great. Children gather around and even adults seem to like having their picture taken with me.

Christmas: During this last Christmas, when I was at the village, there was a reindeer with Santa's sleigh. He was very nice and we were the same size, so people wanted to have their pictures taken with the two of us in front of the sleigh. It was cool! I was the one without the antlers! Next year my friend Leo, the St. Bernard and I are going to learn how to pull a cart and maybe go to the village for Christmas.

Therapy work: I've been doing some therapy work and have visited adults and children's homes. I'm not yet an official therapy dog, but its fun helping others. On one visit to a children's home, my owner Dave let me just be among the children off my leash, and I was being petted by many kids when I saw a little girl sitting by herself. I walked over to her and laid down next to her, she was very sad. At first she didn't pay attention to me, but after a few minutes she began to pet me and later hug me. The people at the home said that the girl won't talk to anyone before I came and after she met me she had drawn many pictures of me and her. When I came back she was very happy to see me and we walked around together during my visit. The third time I went to the home she was gone. She got a new home, but she wanted to go to a house that had a dog she could be friends with. That made me very happy and I am going to take classes and do official therapy work in the future.
